ADHD Coaching & Counselling
Talk to someone who understands
ADHD Coaching & Counselling provides comprehensive support for individuals and families both with diagnosed and undiagnosed ADHD with and/or without medication. It is a valuable resource that helps people understand and manage their condition across various life settings including school, home, work and socially. This also extends to attending to the behavioural, emotional and functional aspects that come with the condition.
Through a blend of both Coaching and Counselling, this service helps to support all areas of the condition. This is achieved through the development of uniquely tailored strategies and tools to help support each individual’s specific needs with the aim to improve daily life management, achieving goals, overcoming challenges & enhancing the quality of life.
Our 4 core areas:
ADHD Coaching & Counselling – Addressing The Gap

ADHD Coaching & Counselling is the link between Psychiatrists/Paediatricians and Psychologists by focusing on the daily challenges of ADHD, whether an individual is diagnosed, undiagnosed, medicated, or not. It provides practical, action-oriented strategies to help individuals better manage their condition and improve their daily lives.
By offering structure, accountability, and personalised tools, ADHD Coaching & Counselling helps individuals develop executive function skills, find effective solutions to everyday challenges, and learn hands-on strategies for better focus, organisation, and time management.
Through this approach, treatment is translated into real-world success, empowering individuals to confidently navigate and overcome the challenges of ADHD.
